What impact has COVID-19 had on the project design?
The design of the residential homes and common areas will incorporate innovative solutions to ensure the well-being of the residents and surrounding community. These specifications will be further defined upon finalizing a site plan control application.
How can I buy a unit?
Homes will be made available for purchase upon confirmation of firm completion dates to ensure that the development is completed well in advance of proposed occupancy dates. A registration process will provide an opportunity to stay informed about the buying process.
When will construction start?
The start of construction will follow immediately after the approval of our site plan control application and receiving the necessary municipal approvals.
How will construction impact the traffic flow?
A detailed communication of construction staging and impacts on pedestrian flows and traffic flows will be distributed as part of the development process.

How will cars access the property when completed?
All vehicles will access the property via Baribeau Street or Landry Street along the boundary of the property, which leads to the internal roads in the development. Internal roads will be privately owned by the residents.
Where do visitors park?
Each home has 2 parking stalls. Visitor parking can be accommodated on the surface area in front of the garage or alternatively along the street. The design of the project ensured that all existing on-street parking remains and is enhanced by limiting movements across the sidewalks to access individual homes.

Residents will have 2 parking stalls to be used at their discretion.
