CONSULTATION
While the concept design process has been extensive to date, it has not yet incorporated feedback from the community. This is a critical part of the process, given that our developments will form a part of the community for generations.
We are looking for constructive criticism to improve the project. We appreciate all comments and ask that where possible, please provide as much detail as possible so that we can try and provide solutions that address your concerns.
SURVEY
200 BARIBEAU
This survey was designed to get feedback on the overall design of the project and how it integrates with the surrounding properties and streetscape.
COMMUNITY DISCUSSION
While surveys provide insight into certain elements, we believe open dialogue can often address concerns more directly. Initial topics for discussion have been prepared,
but new discussions are welcomed.
Please ensure that all comments are respectful of one another. Any offensive posts will be removed immediately and please keep in mind that the intent of the forum is to bring a community voice forward for the improvement of the community.

We reviewed many different layout options and the proposed site plan was determined to be the best fit that combined integration into the existing community (by eliminating any garages along the frontage on Landry and Baribeau) with the market viability for the project based on our analysis. The impact of the garages elsewhere in the project have been reduced by being inset into the building façade, helping to improve the pedestrian realm.
Many of our projects are seeking reduced parking requirements, as we believe that moving forward communities will rely less on vehicles. Given the feedback that we have had both too many and too few parking stalls, this is an issue that remains in debate. Thanks for your comments and I will pass them along to the design team for further consideration.
